Description
Porcelain furnace programs live in the narrow band between 750 °C and 1000 °C — exactly where an aged or drifting thermocouple does the most damage to your veneering results. If glazes turn out dull or firings need constant temperature corrections, the sensor is usually the first suspect.
This replacement element uses a fine-wire NiCr–NiAl pair in a slim ceramic sheath for fast response in vacuum firings. The bayonet or plug-in geometry is manufactured to match common porcelain furnace families, including the original connector so you can swap it without rewiring.

How often should a porcelain furnace thermocouple be replaced?
In laboratories running several firings per day, check calibration every 6–12 months. Replace immediately if results become inconsistent or if a reference thermometer shows more than ±5 °C deviation at firing temperature.
