MoSi2 elements are the choice for fast heat-up on modern sintering furnaces. They are supplied as matched sets, because a single element with deviating resistance creates cold zones that ruin sintering uniformity across the firing tray.
Each element is manufactured to match the original hot-zone dimensions, terminal geometry and wattage of the target furnace family, so the replacement preserves the furnace's heating curve and program behaviour without controller recalibration.
