Description
This is an aftermarket replacement heating element produced by an independent manufacturer. It is compatible with zirconia sintering furnaces that use silicon carbide rod elements, including families from Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach, but it is not manufactured by, authorised by or endorsed by those brands. Zirkonzahn and Amann Girrbach are registered trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to indicate compatibility.
SiC rod furnaces depend on matched element contact: a single aged or replaced element with deviating resistance creates cold zones that ruin sintering uniformity.
We supply dense-fired recrystallized SiC elements in the common rod geometries, matched in sets to within 0.5 % resistance so the chamber heats evenly, with the correct clamping hardware.
