Description
This is an aftermarket accessory produced by an independent manufacturer. It is compatible with common zirconia sintering furnaces but is not manufactured by, authorised by or endorsed by any furnace brand.
A sintering tray sees thermal shock on every load as zirconia restorations heat and cool. A cracked or warped tray tips restorations and ruins sintering uniformity.
This tray is pressed from a dense, thermal-shock-resistant ceramic formulation able to withstand repeated 1500 °C+ sintering cycles, with retention pins to hold multiple restorations upright for even heat distribution.
